On Monday nights, we have been going thru the major discourses of Jesus. This Monday (10/13/08) we will begin looking at the parables of Jesus. We will learn what a parable is, why Jesus taught in parables, the four elements that all parables have in common, as well as how to interpret the parables. Dan has written up a parable help sheet to guide us along this amazing journey as we seek to better understand Jesus’ teachings.

I am so happy to see this post. I’m sure the parable study will be a blessing to all who are involved. Don’t forget to somehow post the notes or make them accessible to people who want to check them out. Thanks!!!!
